Services has expanded its recycling program to include
Big Blue roll-carts.Dallas residents have the option
of registering to receive a Big Blue roll-cart or continue
using the plastic bag method.
Delivery of the Big Blue roll-cart will begin November and December 2006. Please continue using the plastic bag method and follow your regular recycling collection schedule until January 2, 2007. If you do not have a Blue Cart and would like one, please call 311 and it will be delivered to your address.
If you prefer, you may continue recycling with blue bags (or clear bags) and need not register for a blue recycle cart. However, starting January 2, 2007, we will begin the twice-monthly pickup of recyclables in carts and/or bags
