Documents LH History in 1976
In 1976, Wallace Elementary Girl Scout Troop #154 became interested in the history of their neighborhood and decided to compile a written account as a Bicentennial project. They interviewed many of the early residents of Lake Highlands including Mr. and Mrs. Sam Wallace, Mrs. K.O. Merriman, and Mrs. Estelle Fields Giddings.
