Economic Development – District 10 Long Range Plan
The Land Use Plan Advisory Committee (LUPAC) was chartered by District 10 Councilman Bill Blaydes in September 2003. Members included stakeholders from all facets of the community working with the City of Dallas Development Services Department Long-Range Planning Division. The group reviewed existing conditions and area concerns related to land use, zoning, economic development, infrastructure and urban design to create the District 10 Strategic Plan, now integrated with the Forward Dallas! citywide comprehensive plan.
